Gregory Wozniak is a partner in the firm’s Accounting & Business Services division. He has a strong business relationship with his clients servicing various industries including, manufacturing and distribution companies, professional service organizations, alternative investment companies, real estate and closely held companies with local, national and international operations.
Mr. Wozniak works hand in hand with company management, owners of closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals providing tax consulting and financial statement preparation services. He advises clients on various business strategies ranging from start-up companies to planning the sale of their business and succession planning. He has assisted in review of shareholder agreements and operating agreements, projected financials for capital funding and banking needs for those in the beginning phase of operations and growing companies.
He has assisted with complex issues including structuring sales of companies, estate and retirement planning, family wealth preservation and transfer to future generations.
As a trusted advisor he provides a wide range of business and tax consulting, tax compliance and assurance and accounting services for individuals, corporations and partnerships.
