SpotCorp creates judgement free spaces for people to explore their authentic and expressive selves. We also do corporate stuff!

We offer multiple programs. 

Spotlight (in New York and Los Angeles): a once a month open mic style event where everyone answers the same prompt. All attendees are participants, there are NO SPECTATORS. 

SpotCorp (also known as Corporate Spotlight): a new innovative professional development modality using the Spotlight Model, focusing on workplace vulnerability, team building, and intergenerational communication. (see, we told you we also did corporate stuff)
