Silver Level clients gain access to a Concierge Professional Vendor Manager and our Professional Solutions Provider (PSP) Network. PSP members are CAS certified vendors, vetted to guarantee the highest standards and will perform at the service levels required to properly service your business.
Clients are given a username and password with access to our web portal and PSP directory.
For each PSP in which the client would like to us a vendor project manager, we will work with the client's internal users to ensure that all the information required by the PSP will be managed through our Vendor Manager so your staff can continue to focus on daily workflow.
The Concierge Professional Vendor Manager will also work with the vendor to ensure that the contractual obligations on behalf of the vendor are the best rates and most appropriate for your business requirements.
The goal here is to allow your staff to benefit by spending less time negotiating contracts and more time utilizing the quality and valued services that our vendors provide.
